The authentic character of the Bonneville T120 comes to life through the 1200cc ‘high torque’ 8 valve, parallel twin engine.

Built specifically for the modern classic riding style, with immediate and exciting power delivery, it produces a massive peak torque fiqure of 105Nm at a low 3100 rpm - an amazing 54% more than the previous generation. With a power output of 80PS at 6,550rpm, 18% up on the previous engine, the 1200cc delivers much more power lower down and across the whole rev range, with 50% more power at 4,500rpm. With the pin-point accuracy and instant throttle response of Triumph’s next generation ride-by-wire fuel-injection and engine management system, the six-speed Bonneville T120 is engineered with a charismatic tone and 270° firing interval for a linear power delivery.

The Bonneville 1200cc engine profile has been beautifully styled with a high level of detailing and finish to incorporate key heritage styling cues from the legendary 60's Bonneville engine silhouette whilst incorporating contemporary components sensitively to maintain that iconic and authentic look.

With elegant pea-shooter style exhausts following a clean straight line header pipe run, the Bonneville T120 delivers the true sound of a British twin, a deep and rich note that truly matches its character, tuned to a level you would want and expect.

SIGNIFICANTLY ENHANCED FUEL ECONOMY

Behind the 1200cc Bonneville engine's exterior is an advanced liquid cooling system sensitively designed to minimise its visual impact whilst achieving cleaner emissions and enhancing fuel efficiency – 13% better than the previous generation. This, combined with an extended service interval of 10,000 miles (16,000km), dramatically reduces the overall cost of ownership.

Inspired by the legendary 59 Bonneville the T120 and T120 Black are styled to incorporate the original’s iconic design details and features. With all the character, detailing and finish of the T120, the Bonneville T120 Black brings a real attitude with a sophisticated dark brown seat and all-black detailing, including rims, grab rail, exhaust and engine finish. Available in 2 premium paint schemes, Jet Black or Matt Graphite, the Bonneville T120 Black is the new motorcycle style icon.

ABS

The contemporary safety standard, Triumph's anti-lock braking system brings a new level of control to the Bonneville T120 and T120 Black.

Ride-by-wire

The Bonneville T120 and T120 Black's electronic ride-by-wire system enhances throttle control, responsiveness, safety and feel.

Modes

Linked to the ride-by-wire system the two selectable Mode options 'road and rain' provide the rider with greater control and safety.

Traction Control

Taking advantage of the sophisticated ride-by-wire system the T120 and T120 Black incorporates a switchable traction control system that optimises the delivery of its class leading torque.

Torque Assist Clutch

Bringing a light touch and feel to the clutch control of the T120 and T120 Black, the torque assist clutch system makes it easy to ride, and ride longer.

Heated Grips

High specification factory fitted heated grips, with a 3-mode setting, come as standard on the Bonneville T120 and T120 Black.

Fingertip Controls

The T120 switchgear presents a simple fingertip control scroll button for easy access to the key features on the digital clocks.

Twin Feature Clock

Stylish feature-packed twin clocks (speedo and rev counter) with beautiful 3D dial faces cleverly incorporating a digital menu system accessed by a handlebar mounted scroll button. Key features include: gear position indicator, heated grip status, odometer, two trip settings, service indicator, range to empty, fuel level, average and current MPG, clock, access to turn off traction control features.

DRL Headlight

A contemporary standard, the Bonneville T120's headlight incorporates the latest in daytime running lights (DRL), delivering a distinctive signature light pattern and enhanced power efficiency for long term durability.

LED Rear light

The LED rear light, incorporated into the classically inspired and stylish tail set-up, brings a distinctive rear light pattern and power efficiency.

Engine Immobiliser

A security device that integrates a transponder into the T120 key, linked to a receiver in the ignition system, that prevents the engine from running if the correct key isn't used.

USB Charging Socket

An under-seat USB socket is provided so you can charge up your essential devices.
